Citibank’s Chief US Equity Strategist and his team has bumped up their price target for the S&P 500 index to 2,900 from 2,700. However, this revision still implies a 10% drop from current levels of 3,150. They opine that the monetary policy would have already been in place to forbid a 20% or a greater decline.
