The yellow metal recorded a biggest daily loss since July 1- when it fell 0.62% on Thursday. With this it has erased its weekly gain. This was spurred by when the USD gained traction on the back of June’s retails sales which was up 7.5%. The Dollar Index also ended the day with 0.27%.
