The market is testing the 4070 resistance zone—which I highlighted in my previous analysis—in a fairly predictable manner. A false breakout triggered a decline to 4022, but the bulls prevented gold from reaching the 4K level.
The current nature of the market movement raises doubts about the future direction; there is a possibility of seeing a sharp short squeeze at higher levels. Focus on 4116–4141
